Hourly

The chauffeur stays with you

As-directed means the vehicle is yours for the block you book. The chauffeur waits between stops, the itinerary can change halfway through the day, and nothing needs rebooking when the plan moves.

It is the difference between hiring a vehicle and ordering a series of rides. Your luggage, your samples, and your coats stay where you left them. The rate is $145 per hour with a 3 hours minimum.

Questions

Hourly bookings

What is the minimum booking?

There is an hour minimum on all as-directed work. It is listed on the rates page.

When does billing start and stop?

It starts at your scheduled pickup time and stops when the last passenger is dropped.

Does the chauffeur wait or leave between stops?

Waits. That is the difference between hourly and a point-to-point transfer. Your bags and belongings stay in the vehicle.

What if we run past the booked hours?

Tell the chauffeur. It bills at the standard hourly rate with no penalty, subject to whatever is booked after you.

Can you go outside the valley?

Yes. Red Rock, Hoover Dam, and Valley of Fire are common. Out-of-area mileage is quoted on top of the hourly rate.
