Trade show and convention transport
Multi-day bookings for exhibitors and the people they are hosting. One vehicle, one chauffeur, and the cases stay in the back.
The exhibitor problem is not getting from A to B. It is that four to six people, a case of samples, and a box of booth materials have to move between a hotel, a hall, and a dinner three times a day for four days.
Do that with an app and you get a convoy that arrives separately, bills separately, and has nowhere to put the case. Do it with one vehicle and the whole team travels together, the materials stay in the cargo area between stops, and the chauffeur already knows where you are going next because he drove you there yesterday.

Book the show before the show sells out
Peak pricing applies during CES, the larger trade shows, New Year’s Eve, and fight nights. The rate is quoted before you commit and never applied afterwards.
Availability is the real constraint during those weeks. The whole city books out, and a vehicle that is already committed to another exhibitor cannot be freed up for you. If your show dates are known, hold them now and settle the itinerary later.

Convention bookings
Can you cover multiple days of a show?
Yes, and multi-day bookings are the norm during CES and the larger shows. Book the whole run at once rather than day by day.
Do rates change during major conventions?
Yes. Peak pricing applies during CES, major show weeks, New Year’s Eve, and fight nights. The rate is quoted before you commit, never applied afterwards.
Can booth materials and cases stay in the vehicle?
That is most of the point. Cases and samples stay in the cargo area between the hall, the hotel, and dinner instead of going back to the room.
Can you move a group between the convention centre and a Strip property?
Yes. Shuttling between the halls, resort meetings, and offices across the valley is standard as-directed work.
How early should I book for CES?
As early as you can. Availability during the big shows is the constraint, not the schedule.
